The charming and ecologically built house is situated in Hedetorp, 40 minutes from the airport Skavsta and 50 minutes from Stockholm, next to the lake Klämmingen in Sörmland. 4 beds (1 double, 1 sofa bed and 1 single) a nice modern bathroom with a tub and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 45 square meters divided into two rooms with a fireplace in one of them. Some walls are made of local clay which gives the house a very special character. Old fashioned details such as old doors and beautiful windows. The bigger house seen in the background, is used as a country house by a family from Stockholm. 9 km from Gnesta where you find public services, restaurants, food stores and commuter trains in all directions. Here in the heart of Sörmland you can find peace, swim in the lake, fish, jog, pick berries, row a boat, barbecue, walk the tracks of Sörmlandsleden and truly enjoy the serene beauty of the Swedish summer.
